I'm at an age when many women believe their best years are behind them. I hope to convince my "Sisters" that many more of those "best years" are waiting to be lived! I'm living proof it is never to late to live them. Not to long ago I weighed nearly 200 pounds and was being treated for a long list of obesity related medical problems. Thankfully there came a point in my life when I decided to keep my self promises. When I did...my life opened to a world of possibilities.

Holidays are coming!

This is my second ever magazine cover. My station sponsors a toy drive for local kids called Operation Rudolph. I'm the one in the blue suit holding the book.

Michelle,

You look like you belong in that photo. You look like a star.

It reminds me of someone, but you have raised the bar far beyond it.

Hi Michelle the BFL'er, your blog is excellent. As I was surfing around today looking for detailed info on work at home choices I somehow ended up on your page. As your site is not exactly related to my search, I am certainly glad I stopped by. Oh well, back to surfing and I am sure I will find what I am looking for, and should you ever need information about work at home choices, then stop by for a look. Thanks for the post.

Operation Rudoph is a program that my television started many years ago to collect toys for children in need here in the Northland.
We along with our sponsors collect the toys at drop off sites across the northland. These toys are then given to the Northland Salvation Army.
The S.A. then holds a shopping day for qualifying families right before Christmas.
They come into the Army Headquarters and are allowed to select toys for their children.
Operation Rudolph is very much like Toys for Tots.
