I'm at an age when many women believe their best years are behind them. I hope to convince my "Sisters" that many more of those "best years" are waitng to be lived! I'm living proof it is never to late to live them. Not to long ago I weighed nearly 200 pounds and was being treated for a long list of obesity related medical problems. Thankfully there came a point in my life when I decided to keep my self promises. When I did...my life opened to a world of possibilities.

New challenge--day one!

I begin a brand new challenge today. For the life of me I can't remember which number this one will be?
#7,#8?....maybe #10!
Like scale weight--its just a number folks!
The most important thing is...is that I am beginning another 12 weeks to improve my body, mind and spirit.

You may be wondering where I have been these past couple of weeks!
My husband and I went on vacation.
It was wonderful, however...with the travel I have to confess I indulged a lot of old habits. Make that old, bad habits!
Exercise was hit or miss.
Food was plentiful. To plentiful.

As you may remember, I took part in a figure competition on June 10th..as part of my long list of goals to accomplish. Competitors regularly experience a rapid weight gain following their shows. I was no acception to this well founded rule.
Couple that reality...with the reality of another two weeks on the road and today I find myself "begging" for the structure and the benefits of the Body for Life program.

Goals have been an important tool in my BFL Success. Each challenge brings bigger goals.
Experience has taught me the bigger the goals the greater success!
I'm still working on my list.
The number one goal is rededicate myself to my lifestyle of choice: BFL!

Today, day one.
My meals are packed. I return to work....but on the way there I will stop at my gym and hit an upper body workout, and those tens.
While I am hitting those tens I will be thinking about other goals I hope to accomplish in the next 84 days.
If BFL has taught me anything it's dreams can become reality!

Eat clean, work hard...and have a great BFL Day...you deserve it!
Your Buddy,
Michelle
